It only cost USD19,115 in USA. If you do simple conversion with USD1 = RM3.50, it only cost RM66,903. So, just image with RM67K you get a full spec Lancer, do you think Proton still can survive? Anyway, we need to pay a whopping RM48,000 in price different, for new Mitsubishi Lancer with less features compare to US model.

After spend some time, I found the Mitsubishi Lancer 2008 Evolution version!!!
From the Lancer Evolution Insider page, it doesn't tell much info. Anyway, the EVO version of Lancer make me feel excited and looking forward the performance in the next Rally!

Perkinsonline, if not doing that, how to compete with Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru??? Over there, Proton got no subsidy or special advantages! For you, if it lable as Proton brand, would you buy it if the value is equal to a Toyota Vios?
