CIMB Clicks Transaction Charge Info

I surfed through all CIMBClicks.com.my pages just hope to find out more information about the surcharge (or extra transaction charge) impose to users. Disappointed, I got nothing. Anyway, thank for the good customer support, I received replied mail from their email support. Share with everyone for the useful information.

We wish to inform you that there is no charges for bill payment to MBF/AEON credit card. Only the below bill payment are charge with the service charge: -

- Lembaga Tabung Haji (RM 0.50 per transaction)
- Perbandanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) (RM 0.50 per trannsaction)
- Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) (RM 0.50 per transaction)
- Universiti Sains Malaysia (Long Distance Learning) (RM 2.00 per transaction)
- Malaysian Petroleum Club (RM 1.00 per transaction)
- Royal Lake Club Kuala Lumpur (RM 1.00 per transaction)

For further information, there are no charges imposed for customer to reload their mobile via CIMBCLIKS.

Additionally, should you wants to perform fund transfer via Internet to other banks than the charges imposed are RM2.00. No charges will be incurred for fund transfer to other CIMB/BCB accounts.
